Returns & Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on online purchases, where the rules apply.
The withdrawal period
The period generally begins on the day you receive the goods. If you wish to withdraw, you must contact us before the deadline expires and then return the goods within the applicable period.
You may examine and try the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function. If the goods have been handled more than necessary and this results in a reduction in value, we may, under applicable rules, deduct an amount for the reduction in value.
How to return an item

- Name
- Order number
- Which item you wish to return
- That you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal
We will then send you return instructions and our current return address.

Refunds
In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund the amounts you have paid, including the original delivery costs to the extent required by law. Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you have provided proof that the goods have been sent back — whichever occurs first.
