Terms & Conditions

You complete a purchase as follows:

1. Choose a product.
2. Choose a size/variant.
3. Add the product to your basket.
4. Review your order.
5. Enter your delivery and contact details.
6. Choose a payment method.
7. Complete the payment.

Before your order is completed, you can check and correct all details. After completing your purchase, you will receive an electronic order confirmation at the email address you provided.

All prices are shown clearly in the webshop. For Danish consumers, prices are shown including applicable Danish VAT where required. Any delivery costs are shown clearly before you complete your purchase.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. We only display payment methods that are actually available. A payment solution has not yet been activated in the webshop — until then, purchases are completed in dialogue with us at info@laruefashion.dk.

We ship goods from Denmark and deliver only within Denmark and the EU/EEA.

• Denmark: 1–3 business days
• EU/EEA: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are calculated from the date of dispatch. Any delivery costs are shown clearly before you complete your purchase. We do not deliver outside the EU/EEA, and delivery addresses outside the EU/EEA cannot be selected at checkout.

If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will look into it together. If the goods are not delivered within the agreed time, you may, under applicable consumer rules, demand delivery within a reasonable, specified deadline. If that deadline is not met, you may cancel the purchase and have the amount paid refunded. You may also be entitled to compensation under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven) if the delay causes you a loss.

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal and the statutory right to make a complaint. Your statutory rights are not limited by these terms and conditions. If we disagree, as an EU consumer you can use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
