Complaints

As a consumer, you have the statutory right to make a complaint under applicable rules if there are faults or defects with your item.

How to make a complaint

Write to info@laruefashion.dk or use the form below. Please include:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the item, if relevant

If the complaint is justified, we will cover reasonable shipping costs for returning the item. We will get back to you with guidance once we have reviewed the case.
